Abstract

This study employs a comprehensive research methodology that includes a content analysis of scientific sources and a system-structural analysis of emotional intelligence concepts. It also conducts a comparative study of modern AI technologies used in leadership training and crisis management. Practical case studies of companies implementing emotional monitoring systems, decision prediction algorithms and simulation modules for crisis situations were analysed.

The results confirm that using emotional analytics, VR/AR simulators and machine learning algorithms increases managers' psychological resilience and reduces the impact of stress factors on decision-making. The proposed conceptual model is complex and flexible, and can adapt to the individual behavioural patterns of managers.

Prospects for further research include testing the model in corporate and educational programmes, developing ethical protocols for using AI to assess emotional states and creating hybrid platforms combining AI-based analytics with traditional coaching and psychological support.
