Information on the fee set by the journal that the author or an affiliated organization pays for the processing, review, and publication of an article in the journal (Article Processing Charge / APC)

Publication in the journal “International Bulletin on Public Administration and Legal Affairs” is free of charge.

To ensure high-quality processing of materials, authors pay a publication fee, which covers:

✔ Processing (editorial review, language editing, technical verification of compliance with the journal’s requirements)

✔ Peer review (checking for academic plagiarism and the peer review process itself)

✔ Publication (layout and preparation of materials for publication)

Fee: 1,000 UAH per publication; this fee cannot be changed for the author after the date of official submission of materials (sent to bulletin_pla@ukr.net).

The publication fee is payable upon receipt of the decision to accept the publication for printing based on the results of the peer review, sent to the author’s email address. Payment details will be sent along with the positive decision.

The following are exempt from paying publication fees: authors from research institutions that have partnership agreements with the journal, military personnel, and combat veterans. Also exempt from any fees (charges) for processing, reviewing, and/or publishing articles are those submitted by students in their third year of higher education enrolled in state-funded programs, provided the articles were written solely by them (without co-authors).
