Purpose and Objectives of the publication
Purpose of the publication: to present the results of fundamental and applied legal research for their integration into academic and other spheres of activity in Ukraine and the international community. Objectives of the publication:
- publication of original scientific articles, analytical reviews, analytical notes, case notes, scientific reviews, overview materials, sociological surveys, thematic studies, as well as editorial materials;
- to promote the dissemination of research findings and other publications among the academic community and the general public;
- to establish conditions for the effective peer review of scholarly articles;
- upholding high standards of academic integrity and publication ethics;
- ensuring authors’ rights regarding research and other publications;
- providing technical support and administration of the website (web pages), communication channels (email, telephone), and the Digital Object Identifier (DOI) to support publishing activities and the dissemination of scientific research and other publications in the journal;
- fostering scientific communication and professional discourse among researchers and all stakeholders;
- ensuring compliance with all requirements for a scientific journal.
