Abstract

This article examines the specific features of the regulatory and legal framework governing the circulation of military property in Ukraine. It analyzes the key legislative and subordinate acts that establish the procedures for storage, accounting, transfer, and disposal of military assets. The article outlines the main challenges in this field and proposes ways to improve the legal regulation in accordance with the needs of national security and defense.
