Publication policies

The editorial board of the International Bulletin on Public Administration and Legal Affairs adheres to an open access policy. All the contents of the magazine are freely available and are free for all users. Users are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search or link to the full texts of articles or use them for any other lawful purpose without prior permission from the publisher or author. This corresponds to the Budapest Open Access Initiative, aimed at the free and free dissemination of scientific knowledge, which contributes to the global development of science "without borders". The only limitation on the reproduction and distribution of publications and the only condition of copyright in this area should be the author's right to control the integrity of his work and mandatory references to his name when using the work and citing it.
The editorial policy is based on the principles of objectivity and impartiality regarding the selection of articles for the purpose of their publication; mandatory review of articles; collegiality in decision-making regarding the publication of articles; constant expansion of the circle of authors of scientific articles; accessibility and promptness in communicating with authors; compliance with the periodicity of issue of magazine issues; compliance with copyright and related rights.
