Information for Authors

Articles should be submitted electronically via email to bulletin_pla@ukr.net.

1) Publication Conditions
Article Formatting Requirements
The scientific article submitted for publication must include the following mandatory elements:
• UDC (Universal Decimal Classification): specify the area of law.
• Title of the article (in Ukrainian and English).
• Information about the authors (in Ukrainian and English).
• Abstract should be expanded and include a brief summary of the article (in Ukrainian and English).
• Keywords (5–10 words or phrases in Ukrainian and English).

Article Structure:
• Relevance of the topic
• State of research
• Objective of the article
• Presentation of the main material
• Conclusions

References and Bibliography Formatting Requirements
• References in the text should be formatted according to the APA style (American Psychological Association).

Abstract Requirements
• An expanded abstract in Ukrainian and English (at least 200 words) must be attached separately.
• The English text must be written at a high professional level. Articles with texts translated using automatic translators (e.g., Google Translate) will not be accepted for publication.

Publication Volume
The total volume of the text (title, author information, article text, references list, abstract, keywords) should not exceed 5,000 words (in exceptional cases — up to 6,000 words).

2) Additional Materials for the Article

  1. Information about the author (in Ukrainian and English), including:
    • Full name (surname, first name, patronymic);
    • Academic degree, title;
    • Place of work, position;
    • Contact phone number and email.
  2. A statement signed by the author (or co-authors) confirming that the article has not been previously published or submitted to other journals.
  3. Illustrative materials of appropriate quality suitable for scanning.

Notes
• Articles submitted without meeting the requirements will not be accepted for publication.
• When submitting an article, contact details for the author must be provided (phone number or email).
• The editorial board reserves the right to review, edit, shorten, or reject articles.
• The author is responsible for the accuracy of the submitted information.
• No honorarium is paid for publication.
• Reprinting of materials is possible only with the author's and editorial board's permission.
