Ways of Using Articles

In accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, the following ways of using the Articles:

- reproduction of the Article or its separate part in the original language in any material form, including on the paper and electronic media in the Journal and / or databases of the Publisher and / or other persons, at the discretion of the Publisher;

- dissemination of the Article or its separate part in the Journal and / or databases of the Publisher or other persons, at the discretion of the Publisher, or as an independent work all over the world;

- to submit the Article to the public in such a way that any person may have the access to the Article from any place and at any time of their choice (submission to the public, including through the Internet);

- to grant (to grant permission to use the Article and its separate materials) the obtained rights under this Agreement to any third parties.

Granting the rights under this Agreement includes the right to process the presentation of an Article for its use in conjunction with the computer programs and systems (databases), publishing and distribution in the computer readable format and introduction into the search systems (databases).

Rights and obligations of the author (co-authors)

The author has the obligation:

- to submit the manuscript of the Article in accordance with the Rules for authors published on the Publisher's Site or in the Journal;

- during the preparation of the Article for publication: a) to make corrections provided by reviewers and adopted by the Editorial Board of the Journal and / or, if necessary, at the request of the Publisher, to finalize the Article in the text of the Article; b) to read the proof of the article(s) in the terms provided by the timetable for the issue of the Journal; c) to make only the minimum of edits and corrections in the proof of the Article that are necessary to eliminate the mistakes made in the original Article;

- not to publish more than 50% of the Article in its original language in other printed and / or electronic editions without the consent of the Publisher;

- not to use the Article’s electronic copy the prepared by the Publisher for any commercial purposes or in other editions without the consent of the Publisher in case of its transfer to the Author.

The author (coauthors) has the right:

To use the printed or electronic preprint of an unpublished manuscript of Articles in the form and content adopted by the Publisher for publication in the Journal. Such preprints may be placed as electronic files on the website of the author (co-authors) or on the protected external website of the employer of the author (co-authors) of the Articles, non-commercial web-resources with the open access.To ensure the current standard of printing works and distribution of the Articles in accordance with the received orders.

Rights and obligations of the Publisher

The publisher has the following obligations:

- to publish the Article in the terms established in the publishing house and to provide the Author (Co-authors) at his/her request an electronic print of the Articles after its publication, subject to providing the Publisher with the electronic addresses;

- to provide the Author with a proof of the layout of the Articles and make a substantiated correction of the Author (Co-author) in it;

- to ensure the current standard of printing works and distribution of the Articles in accordance with the received orders.

Publisher has the right to:

- with any further use permitted by the Author (co-authors) (and / or other persons) of the Journal and / or Articles (including any part of it, a fragment), to require from those persons the reference to the Journal, the Publisher, the title of the Article, volume, number of the Journal and the year of publication specified in the Journal;

- to place in the mass media and other information sources preliminary and / or advertising information about the forthcoming publication of the Articles;

- to establish rules (conditions) for receiving and publishing materials.

The author gives consent (in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data") on the disclosure of information about his personal data (information about the authors) in order to ensure the implementation of relations in the field of science.

In all cases, the availability of a bibliographic link to an article or hyperlink to its electronic copy on the official website of the magazine is compulsory.

Publisher has the right to:

- with any further use permitted by the Author (Co-authors) (and / or other persons) of the Journal and / or Articles (including any part of it, a fragment), to require from those persons the reference to the Journal, the Publisher, the title of the Article, volume, number of the Journal and the year of publication specified in the Journal;

- to place in the mass media and other information sources preliminary and / or advertising information about the forthcoming publication of the Articles;

- to establish rules (conditions) for receiving and publishing materials.
