1) Publication Conditions

Requirements for Article Formatting

A scientific article submitted for publication must include the following mandatory elements:

  • UDC (Universal Decimal Classification): specify the field of law.
  • Article title (in Ukrainian and English).
  • Author information (in Ukrainian and English).
  • Abstract must be extended and include a brief summary of the article (in Ukrainian and English).
  • Keywords (5–10 words or phrases in Ukrainian and English).
Article Structure:
  • Relevance of the topic
  • State of research
  • Purpose of the article
  • Presentation of the main material
  • Conclusions
Citation and Reference Formatting Requirements:
  • References in the text must be formatted in APA (American Psychological Association) style.
Abstract Requirements:
  • An extended abstract in Ukrainian and English of at least 200 words must be provided (as a separate file).
  • The English text must be of high professional quality. Articles with text translated using automated translators (e.g., Google Translate) will not be accepted for publication.
Publication Length:

The total length of the text (title, author information, article text, list of sources, abstract, keywords) must not exceed 5,000 words (in exceptional cases — up to 6,000 words).

2) Additional Materials for the Article

  1. Author information (in Ukrainian and English), including:
    • Full name (surname, first name, and patronymic);
    • Academic degree, academic title;
    • Workplace, position;
    • Contact phone number and email.
  2. A signed statement from the author (or co-authors) confirming that the article has not been previously published and is not under review in other publications.
  3. Illustrative materials of appropriate quality, suitable for scanning.

3) Payment Policy

Publication of articles in the International Bulletin on Public Administration and Legal Affairs is free of charge. To ensure high-quality processing of materials, authors pay a publication fee, which covers: ✔ Editorial processing and language editing
